Do you offer price adjustments on previously ordered merchandise?Updated 2 months ago

We are happy to help you get the best value from your purchase! Stein Mart offers one-time price adjustments on eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

If an item you purchased is lowered in price shortly after your order was delivered, you may request a price adjustment for the difference. Approved adjustments will be issued as store credit, redeemable on www.steinmart.com.

To request a price adjustment, please complete our Contact Form and select "Discounts & Promotions" as the subject. Be sure to include your order number and product information (name and SKU, found in your confirmation email) for review.

Kindly note the following:

  • Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment
  • Product must be identical in brand, model, color, and size – and in stock – at the time of your request
  • Price adjustments cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or bundled offers
  • Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied
  • Final sale and clearance merchandise are excluded
