Most items ship within 4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET enter the processing queue on the next business day.

Made-to-order or customized items can take up to 6 weeks or more. You can find exact timelines on each product page.

Once your package ships, delivery is typically 5–8 business days. Timing may vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Express shipping is not available.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
